Once again this year, Ostrava took center stage in the railway world during the railbusiness days. Numerous industry leaders and professionals seized the opportunity to exchange ideas – and showed great interest in the solutions we presented.
A particular highlight was the innovative deburring solution from Mannesmann-Demag: The VSpin deburring spindle is the world’s first air-driven spindle that measures and transmits speed, deflection, and orientation in real time during operation. This precise live feedback marks a significant step toward connected manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
Our leak control products from PIG also attracted considerable interest – especially the proven oil absorbents and emergency response kits, which impressed with their practical effectiveness in the event of spills.
